Wheel Stud bolt pattern

Does the 05,Super Duty F 250 4x4, have the same wheel bolt pattern as the 04, Super DutyF 250 4x4? Just wanted to know if I could use my old wheels on the 05 Super Duty

The lug pattern is the same but you may have two possible problems:
1) The '05 has bigger brake rotors. I think at least 17" wheel is needed to clear the rotors.
2) The backspacing is different for the '05. Using the same wheel your tires will sit out further on the '05. Depending on tire size this could cause fitment issues or at least make it look different.

My old 04 Super Duty wheels were Boyd Coddington 3/4 ton series 16.5 x 9.75 on Parnelli Jones Dirt Grip 37 x 12 x 16.5. I am assuming this tire set up will not fit the 05 Super Duty

With those tires and wheels it would be really interesting to try it. I've heard 16" wheels won't fit and 17" wheels will fit. I wondered about 16.5" but don't know if anyone has tried them. With those tires the backspacing issues could be in your favor. I have 35x12.5R17 TrXuS MT on 4.5" backspacing 17x10 Eagle Alloys on my '05. They are going to stick out a little anyway and I've gotten unsolicited compliments on the look. And the less backspacing (more stickout) gives a little more clearance before the tires lugs start to rub on the radius arms of the '05. I can steer lock to lock with no rubbing there (4" Skyjacker and minor trimming of the plastic fender liner that hangs down in the back of the front fender well).
