....Will work for Rep points....
Eastern OK... I'll be working in Ft. Smith, AR, hope to find something in OK on the the south side of the ARK River. Spiro, Pocola, Poteau, Wister... that area.
Haven't been through there for years, but that's pretty country. I like the hills and trees. I looked for work around Fort Smith myself years back...didn't have much luck though.
My friend that got me this job lives in Sallisaw, I'll be working for Capital Structures in Ft. Smith, AR doing wood truss, wall panel, and shell frame design. Same ole stuff I've always done really. I love that area though, I grew up in Spiro, and my folks had a farm in Heavner till he passed away last year. I still hunt in Camp Gruber in the fall, we like to camp there at Greenleaf during deer season. And I've been all over those lakes around there, Wister, Kerr, Tenkiller, Eufala. My boss set up a guided fishing trip at Lake Oachita for a few of the guys from the office so we can all meet and hang out before I have to start work there the next week, so I'm excited and I hope it all works out... plus I've never fished Oachita or anywhere in AR for that matter so I'm really looking forward to getting up there. Anyway, I've got both of the Bronco projects I'm working on, hopefully we can set up some kind of East OK meet or something. Maybe even recruit a few ARK guys with 4XFords and see if we can't plan an offroad trip or something...
