Unhappy Wheel Issue

I need help!! I got my truck stuck last week and I finally got time to wash it today and after the mud was wahed away I noticed my wheels were scratched really bad. This is both the front and rear on the passenger side. When I say bad, I mean really bad! I can feel the scratches with my finger and the shine is completely gone. Is there a polish to help with this or am I screwed? My wheels are the FX4 18 inch. If I can't polish them out could I get them chromed? Just when I was about to lift it this happens, now I have to fix this first.

If it is just scratched into the clear, you can strip the wheels and re-clear them....

Thanks for the info Carguy, I didn't know they were clear coated. I saw the wheels on Ebay but I am going to check into chrome plating first. I would definately have a one off set of wheels just not sure what it would look like.
