Can anyone tell me what the warranty length is for auto battery the EVER START MAXX, sold by Walmart? Reason I ask I can not find paper work on mine and would like to know before I loaded it, cart and carry it off to Walmart. I believe it is 48 months but I may be wrong? Any ideas?

 

I believe it is 100% return until the 36 month point, then they prorate it down from there. I had receipts last time I took in a couple from work, so I'm not sure what their policy is on that. I've been buying mine from Costco lately, no receipts needed there, they go off the barcode on the battery. My last battery from there lasted 5 years.

 

Can't tell which battery that is as I think of them by color. The yellow ones had the longest warranty, but I had bought a black one (3 year warranty) for the gas sipper and it died around 18 months. I didn't have any paperwork with where I was at so they went off the barcode. They prorated it and I owed less then $10.

 

the yellow case has a total of 9 year warranty, and as previously stated, the first 3 are free replacement, the last six are prorated. The lesser batteries don't have nearly as much warranty, the cheapies are doing good if they last a year. I have 3 on a yellow case, and it works fine.
