Hi,

Has anyone out there experienced this and if so, how did you resolve it. I have a 1993 Ford F150, 6 cyl 4.9 liter engine - automatic transmission.

When I travel at 30-38 mph I have a skip that is similar to a spark plug not firing, but its not that.

I have had new wires, full tune-up, couple mechanics look at it and no success.

Again, it only happens at this speed range but its driving me crazy!

Hi and welcome to FTE.

You would be better to post this question in the 1987 to 1996 Truck & Van forum a little bit down the boards. Look through that forum and you'll probably find out alot more about your truck than you could imagine and meet a great bunch of guys.
