A/c

Well i finally found my crew cab. I just bought a 79 F250 CC 4x4. I love this truck. The only problem is no A/C. Has anyone in here put A/C on theres?
Where did you get it? I am ready to do this I just need some advice where to go.
Thanks

I have a site bookmarked at home that sells A/C add on kits. Since I am at work I will try to forward this to you tomorrow. Have to reply as a reminder to myself.

Try the above site. If the hyperlink takes you to Motorhaven's site just type it in to access the site. Hope they have what you are looking for.

Another idea is one of those portable A/C. Try this site to see what I am talking about. I have a vehicle that has no A/C and have been thinking about getting one. They are in your neck of the woods.

I have a 79 F150 without air and have been thinking about using ackits.com. I see that they are located in phoenix. Has anyone dealt with this company before?

Arizona Mobile Air(website is www.ackits.com). In 1991 the folks at AZ Mobile Air installed an after market unit in a 1983 F100 I used to have. I sold the truck in 1999 to a friend. That compressor is still going to this day. I recommend Arizona Mobile Air. They make their own hoses and stuff on site. Real handy for those with older vehicles. I have to bring my '85 in as the compressor on that is leaking oil. I want to replace it with acompressor from AZ Mobile Air.
