Does anyone know where I can get a complete wiring diagram for a 1990 F350 7.3L diesel with E4OD transmission 4X4?

You could try www.helminc.com but the Ford one I have for the 93 is confusing and sits in the box most of the time.

I have the Haynes Manual for Ford F-series and Bronco (I think it covers
85-93 or some such), and it has relatively detailed wiring diagrams in
the back. The problem I have is figuring out where the elements shown
on the diagram are actually located on my truck!

I also have the haynes manual. I fyou look at the wiring diagram youcan see that they are working from the front to the back of the car. For example, if what you are looking for is in the near of the headlights on the diagram you should be able to find it under the hood.
