Everyone ready for spring carlilse... I have gone to the all trucks nationals last summer, it was a blast.. Im hoping the spring swap meet will be worth the trip. Any pro's out their wanna tell me where the best places are to park, the best deals on parking and suck. I already have a room for the trip so that is no issue. But parking and such I wanted your imput.. Hell if any one could tell me how they uaually lay things out that would be great too..
The spring show is bigger than the truck show
however there are less aftermarket parts vendors but way more swap meet parts guys
park at the school by the main gate (turn in at the hess station) its like 10 bucks and I think the money goes to a good cause
dont miss an isle, look at everything, eat food and save energy to climb the hill (it's big)
Have fun, bring good shoes and lotso cash
Yes! that time has come again! I will definately be heading up that way. Last time I went shopping for my 1983 but we will see what they have to offer for the newer trucks. I have to go before sunday though. I made it to fall carlisle on sunday and missed all the good stuff!
I'll be there bright and early Saturday. FordPickupMan351w, you make a good point about Sunday. All the goodies have been snatched-up already. I'm also going to the Chryslers at Carlisle. Need to find some more parts for my '69 Cuda.
Parking at the school by the main gate is one of the best places, most of the time you can park in the shade and still be close to the gate. Or just pay the $5 and park in one of the lots close by.
when I went to the all trucks show last spring I parked in someones yard, I dont remember what I paid... but I was damn close to the gate. Im not afraid of walking... lol... Hows the weather conditions typically for the spring show... should I bring the high waters.... lol...

Bring em along with the duck boots! It can be a washout day, and maybe not. What you should bring are the cheap ponchos with the hood that fold up really small when new in the bag, and keep you really dry without weighing a lot.
I parked over by the school last year. Easy in...Easy out.
