F150 body parts on a F250

Are the body parts (hood,doors,cab and bed) the same on the 73-79 F150 as the F250 of the same years? Are they interchangeable?

Yes, they are. One exception is the 73-77 1/2 F250 4x4, those trucks had a narrower frame and the bolt holes in the bed are closer together.

I am aware that depending on the year and type of truck the frames are different and the cab and bed will have different monting pionts. Is that the only difference?

The drivers side inner fender is different on some models depending on the steering box location. Core supports varied as well depending on size of the rad needed for the motor.
