05 Superduty - Amp Turn on Wire?

I've searched the forums, looked at the wiring diagram from Install Doctor's website but I'm still not clear on where to hook the blue wire to the amp that signals the amp to turn on... where to hook it into the Radio. I haven't pulled my radio yet. It is a 6 disk CD changer (factory) in dash. I don't wish to replace the head unit at this point, just want to throw an Amp and Sub in. What wire do I tie into in order to get the "Power-on" signal to the Amp (normally blue wire)?

Unlike most aftermarket HU's the factory ones don't usually have a remote turn on wire to connect it to. You can search for one that has switched power as any switched power source will do or you could wire it to the radio fuse in the fuse box that is what I have done when using amps with factory HU's.
