is your clutch mechanical rod, or hydrolic?
either way you'll need them, you'll need to change steering colums, change pedal assembly to 3 pedals remove floor matting open the hole for a standard tranny get a raised floor housing for the hole in the floor, and you may also have to change trans cases, and axels
it is not that hard of a job if you've got all parts at hand, but it is fairly time consuming
