Try A.I.M. industries. They have springs hangers. The rear set lowers 2" I believe and the front ones have two sets of holes for an additional 2"/3" of drop as I recall. You might have to have the drive shaft shortened if you use both.

I used DJM hangers and shackles to drop about that much. I also removed a leaf to get the stance I wanted. There's a pic in my gallery. I used DJM beams in the front. Tire size is 235/60/15 front and 275/60/15 rear.

It runs great. It had a few bugs to iron out, but after that it has been well worth the time and effort. Try www.djmsuspension.com for info on the drop. I've been running their parts for about 8 years and have been pleased with them. Probably the hardest part of the drop was removing the rivets that hold the rear hangers in place.

With the shackle and hanger drop did you have to change pinion or drive shaft length with 1 spring taken out , I have taken 1 helper spring out and 2 inch shackels , no problems with vibration , i am installing hangers next for 2 more , front is stock now and future front drop djm kit , have had no replies in regard to anyone having problems with rear vibration pinion angle , I have a 1/2 ton 2wd flareside and sits very high in back when it was stock , thanks .

make sure your pinion isnt perfectly straight, or the ujoints will wear out prematurely...you always want a slight angle to make sure the ujoint needle bearings are being spun properly....i know it sounds nuts, but its true...

I have a long bed, but I did the DJM rear flip kit on my truck (5" total drop) and my pinion angle is only slightly off from being perfectly straight. I do have some driveline vibration, but I'm not sure it is from the pinion angle, I suspect that the U-joints might be bad or the rearend is bad (it whines pretty bad anyway). See my gallery for pics of the setup. The flip kit was about $50 from Summit.

I went with 3" DJM drop beams in front. Very nice products, I would recommend them to anyone. $550 shipped from Summit.

I can't answer the vibration answer at all. I had to relevel my engine anyway when I did the drop, and my drive shaft is actually too short now lol.

I did the shackles and hangers , the hangers have 2 positions , also took helper spring out , lowered it 6 inches , didn't like look so raised an inch , I drove it and no vibration in both hanger positions , front is stock with old springs , measures 3 inches from tire to fender , no tire wear , saving for front beams . A succesfull drop so far with great driving manners . Just needs paint and more money . LOL .
