I bought a 2003 orange Boss 5.4, cause I like the color- (my Demons)-

Now, I need to know what supercharger gets the most power out of this engine? It's hard to find info cause this 5.4 is in a regular cab body.

If anyone knows someone who has done it- what to expect in gains, I would sure apprieciate your time.

 

Does anyone at least know how I can get a spec sheet on this 2003 5.4, so I know some baselines and what the heck the motor even has?

 

I'm not sure exactly what you want to know. But if you click up in the right hand corner where it says "specs" then click on "2003" and then click 2003 F-150 and then click the "specifications" link, it will give you some info on it.

I've never heard of a "Boss" 5.4, so I can't help you much.

I'm really looking for specs on the motor, it's a 2003 5.4 SOHC, the boss name is just something they added with the (looks) package. I really couldn't find even what the HP - Torque ratings are on this motor stock.

Also then I need to see if anyone knows if anyone gas a supercharger for this engine, and specs after installation if I can find it.

Or a used lightning engine with low miles for sale

As far as superchargers go, there are SEVERAL to choose from. Powerdyne, ATI Procharger, Magnacharger, Kenne Bell, and Vortech just to name a few. You can do some google searches and find the manufacture websites to all these superchargers and they should have expected power gains listed on the websites. Check the classifieds for used superchargers, most of the time there are some.

If you really want power, I would also suggest you check out the turbo kits for these trucks before you make a decision on what to buy.
