i have a 03' Super Duty and this winter has taken its toll on me. I am sick of shoveling the bed out. I want a tonneau cover. I was looking at ones that are tri fold and are on track that slide. I am not a fan of the roll up roll out ones. But that might be my choice.
My question is I have diamond plate bed caps front, rear, and sides. Ford plastic caps are still on the truck. The DEE ZEE caps that I baught are for installation over the factory plastic ones. Will a tonneau cover work with the diamond plate caps. They really set the truck off nicely and I dont want to remove them. I will install the cover myself. Anyone have a tonneau cover with these caps?

The style of Truxedo cover I have should work with the bed caps. Just the basic one. I have the factory plastic caps on my Supercrew and there is no problem there. It clamps on the inside of the box so it shouldn't give you any problems. If you want I can take a picture of the clamps and you can decide for youself if that would work. PM me if you want the pics.
