Lightbulb major custom project

I have 86 f150 and it has a bent frame and other problems. I am looking into buying an 88 f150 because its fuel injection but i cant stand the front end or dash. I am going to try doing a front end convertion and dash convertion from my 86 to my 88. Has anyone tried any of these things or even atempted it????? If so please tell me all about it and show any pics you have. THANKS

You actually prefer the front end and dash of the '86 over the '88?

The front clip will be fairly easy for you. All the trucks were basically built the same from like 80-96. So it will bolt right up. The dash will be more of a project. But seeing as you have the full interior from the donor, just take your time and it should go smoothly.
