Has anybody ever fabricated a center console? Any ideas or trick. Words of Wisdom..... Im interested in building my own. I have a bench seat and I want to have it rest on the center on the bench and extend down to the floor.

The only thing I can tell you is DON'T make it 1 piece. Make 2 separate sections (seat adjustment come to mind here ;^) )

other option is to find a Bronco with buckets and a console and install them.

Two piece. Good point. I will keep that in mind.
The Bronco thing is not a bad idea. But, I want to
see if I can save money. And besides, I can make it how
I want it. If its not fesible I probably will go
the Bronco route. Thanks

I pulled the Bench out my 95, and put in the Bronco Buckets, I haven't found a console for it yet though. One word of advice, you'll have to drill new holes for the seats. I thought I could reuse some of them but it turns out I didn't because the center of the driver's seat wouldn't line up with the steering column using the existing ones.
