My cruise quit working on my Lariet super crew.Dealer fixed problem by replaceing something called actuater.

Anyone else had this happen?

 

No, and I've installed a three cruise controls on the 2004. Um, actuator, isn't that the switch?
Did it stop completely, i.e. as if it wasn't there, or just not function correctly, i.e. light on but no throttle?
