Alaska General Membership meeting on the 18th of March

Hi everyone.

Just want to post this a little early for our March meeting. It will be held on the FTE Chat room on the evening of the 18th (Friday) at 7:00 pm.

For those that have not used the "Live Chat" please go to the following address and give it a try. http://www.ford-trucks.com/chat/index.php. This is also located in the upper right hand corner under "Live Chat". It will show your name and assign a number in ().

I will be sending out an email to all of those that is listed on our Chapter Roster as a reminder to check this thread. The reason for this is that I will be using this thread for tracking. As a member responds to this thread an agenda will be sent along with additional information that either myself or Heavnbound might have. We are currently working on the agenda so please give us a few days to get it together.

PS We do have a few new members and for those that join after this post I will be sending out some general information either Sat or Sunday.

If anyone has any questions or comments pertaining this meeting please email or private message myself or Heavnbound. "Robert's Rules of Order" will be followed during our meetings. Heavnbound has spent alot of his time creating our bylaws and general Chapter information so he will more than likely be sending those out to each member for those to look at and comment on. I would like to give him an "Ataboy" for the work that he has done.

Also in this thread please let us know if you cannont open word documents. We can send items in plain text if needed, an eailer version of word and I can create PDF's also.

That would be me... I am a plain text kind of guy.

I will be at work Friday night so I will not be able to make the meeting. Hope someone takes good notes and fills me in.

Thanks for the replay Crumm. Just sent an email out to Heavnbound pertaining a list of things to discuss for our agenda. Once we finish with that I will send out a copy to you to gain some input via email.

Well I see alot of views but only 1 reply and Crumm wont be there. I guess we will have to see who shows up that night on the chat room. I have the agend typed up and will send it to you and convert it to Plain text for Crumm to look over. Hopefully other will post here a few days before the meeting so I can get it out to them.

I should be able to make it. If things go well at work, I can get out of there at 6:30 and just be a few minutes late. If things aren't going so well, I'll won't make it at all. Hope to see you there.

I dont think I will be able to be at this meeting either..I have to be in fairbanks thursday night for our state hockey tourny..And have 2 games friday so I wont be able to attend unless there is a comp at the hotel...
