fog light wiring harness

i have a 99 the bumper doesnt have lights i just bought an 04 bumper complete with lights. the truck has the switch for fogs i am wondering where is the harness located. i havent put new bumper on yet i want to know where is the other end plugged in. the harness ive seen has a butt connector plug on the other end
