"Clunk" in tranny going into o/d

Hello, just got back from the dealership. I brought my 2005 F150 Supercrew 4x4 5.4l in because of a "clunk" when it shifts into o/d at about 45mph. Dealer says it is normal!! Anyone else have the same problem??Thanks John

BS thats not normal try a diffrent Stealer there should be no clunk
