Big question tranny or transfer case ???

I dont know if i busted my tranny or my transfer case . The tranny seems to be spinning because when i try to put it in park it makes a nose like when you are driving down the road and put it in park. I need to find out where i can get eathier of those pieces for cheap if anyone can help me .
