It shouldn't do it. Take it back for warranty correction.

Thumbs up How to get water out from foglights

Did you put after market fog lights in there? If so thats when they usually leak because its not a perfect seal. Never has, prob never will, so water gets in pretty easily when directly hitting the back of the lense. Anyhow, wether you did or didn't, what I did was obviously take out the bulb, I took a hanger and a sponge. Cut the sponge wbout 1" wide in length. Take the hanger end and crimp it around the middle of the cut sponge VERY TIGHT, {so you don't lose it in the lense when pulling it back out}, push the hanger end w/sponge through the back lense hole, bend it to get best results however needed, let it soak up some water, pull out, squeeze and repeat as many time necessary. This helped me many of times. Good luck!

that sounds like such a pain, and yes I do have the 9005's in there. What harm will a little water do in there right? its just annoying.

If you leave the light's on for a long drive, wouldn't that evaporate the water?

No its not a pain, takes ya 10 mins to do. It's not "condensation", it's actually "water" that gets in through those cheap 9005 lightbezel seals. Over time with that water laying in there, a "grime" starts to form on the inside lense which gives the money you paid extra for the 9005 lights seem "duller"/less bright/blurry. NO leaving the lights on "WILL NOT" evaporate the water. The lights don't give off enough dry heat to evaporate the water. I drove all night during the summer with my fog lights on and it didn't evaporate an oz.

Take your truck to the dealership. It is covered under the warranty. The same thing happened to my truck. Anytime I drove in heavy rain, it would fill up with water (about 1/3 of the light). Eventually it's going to blow your bulb and then its really going to look like crap because you will have pieces of the bulb floating around in the water in your fog light. Trust me, that's what mine looked like. The dealer will get a new one for you.

warranty does not cover after market

He has 9005 after market foglight bulbs, {blue/or bright whites}, the dealership see those in there they won't touch them. Warranty DOES NOT COVER AFTER MARKET! You have to take those aftermarkets OUT, put the factory bulbs back in then they will replace the whole lense assembly. Don't ever let them know there where aftermarkets in there! I've had to do the same thing twice.
