Here's the Mission statement :This club was founded in 1983 with the purpose of giving Ford and Mercury Product owners in Alberta a common club to be involved in with the purpose of having fun, fellowship and enjoyment of Ford and Mercury-built automobiles. The Club is very active all year long, with monthly meetings.

The Central Alberta Classic Ford Club is made up of approximately 42 members throughout Alberta. Red Deer is the hub of this area. We are dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and enjoyment of Ford/Mercury automobiles. If you own a Ford or Mercury-built vehicle, or if you simply admire these vehicles, then you might enjoy becoming a member of our club.

We publish a newsletter six times a year which is sent out to all paid-up regional members.

they had all three pavillions full of stuff. There were lots of people in the morning, and started to peter out around noon. Tons of stuff from all manufacturers. I didn't really need anything, but got a good deal on a brand new gas tank for a 79 Ford truck or Bronco. Unfortunatly, It won't fit under my '65 due to the exhaust system the way it is. So , I guess I will post in the for sale list. Oh yeah, there isn't one. If anybody needs one, post in the "wanted" list or whatever. BTW I didn't sell anything either. All in all it was a fun day, talked with a lot of people and went for beer and wings after, with the club members.

3 weeks and closing, Anyone else interested in joining the party ?

I will be posting some info up about the event soon, then we can arrange the best day (the 30 is most likey then we can all get a full day's worth of "shopping" in, ) for everyone to get together, and i will also send out e-mails (just a double check sorta thing, if it's alright with everyone) to those that have replied to this post and the number of people is (sor far from the post): 10, but i know that there are more than that as a few people in red deer that are users haven't replied yet, but hopefully that will chang .
