Hey Greg,

I had one of those Tonka dynos when I was a kid! Where'd you find one these days - on eBay?

No, your F100 doesn't weigh 4600#. We've got a thread on that subject somewhere around here. We'll put it in terms you can relate too. Think fatboy 'stang. A smallblock Effie weighs about the same as a 94-95 Stang with the options. Not as light as one of the Fox bodies, but you're in there if you're careful.

All

Don't talk dirt track racing to Purple. He's one of those asphalt track heroes that ran the circuit a while back. Until he "tapped" the wall. Now he just surfs the net and gives me grief three nights a week for entertainment.

another big factor is the horsepower to weight ratio, either way you want to look at it look at it,

Thumbs up Girlie Powered Effies

I have a hard time believing that you would want to change anything on "precious" at this time. Just drive it, Polish it, and enjoy all the admiring looks!
Its a Beautiful truck and nice ride just like it is.

Wayne, you make a very good point...however, i fear that fenders is one of those people that will never be satisfied no matter what he does......the long-feared nickname of Niolon2 or Niolon Jr. will be issued and used before too long if he keeps it up...

"i fear that fenders is one of those people that will never be satisfied no matter what he does......"

As RMF would put it,

"Grasshoppa, you have grasped the pebble"

I'm getting pretty close actually. Fix the paint, couple minor body issues, re-rebuild the motor, and she should be about done. Course my stereo will probably be obsolete by then. eBay is my curse, I can sell whatever I used to like and get something new today that I probably won't like tomorrow.

I'm driving it this year, all that stuff can wait.

"minor body issues, re-build the motor...", put a differently geared rear-end under it for some other experiment, bag it so i can ride whatever high i want to, different steering column because i dont like the shape of this one, remodel the dash because it just looks too plain, hood tilt kit, cuz it looks neater......dont lie Dewayne, you will never be satisfied. Maybe we should just start with the nicknames now......
I can read you like a book, buddy .
