Power Steering pump... Easy Replace?
Hi all
I have a 95 Explorer and the power steering sounds like it is going out. It doesn't seem like a hard fix but I would like to know if there is anything special like bleeding the system, that needs to beone or a certain tool needed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Before you go spending the time and money... what are the symptoms? Leaks, sounds, performance?
The FTE crowd may have some simple (cheaper) ideas on how to deal with your problem if you can provide more information.
Also... the Haynes manual has a method for bleeding PS pumps (turn the wheels back and forth). Not too tough.
