After I put on new 35x12.50R17E Super Swamper TrXus MT tires on 17x10 Eagle Alloy Series 114 wheels, I finally got around to measuring the backspacing on the stock 16x7 wheels that came on my 2002 F350 SRW CC 4x4. The backspacing measured 4.25". My new wheels have 4.625" backspacing. They do not rub on the springs lock to lock in either direction. They did rub slightly on the lower plastic part of the bumper.

 

I have the exact same truck as you, and I went with the Eagle 102's (16x10 with 4.5" backspacing) and the Nitto Terra Grappler 315/75/16 (35x12.5) and the only issue I have run into is the tire rubbing on the lower plastic corner of the bumper on near lock turns.. Time to trim it..
