From Titan to F350
Bought a Crew 4x4 Titan in Jan '04 and had to have the rotors turned & pads replaced 3 times under warranty because of warped rotors (they would not install new rotors) in 6K miles...The truck shook so much under
braking that it would become undriveable (for me anyway). Other than
that, it was a good vehicle but with the crew cab, the box is way too short
to haul anything meaningful.
Opted for a 350 Lariat, crew, long bed, 4x4, V10. I originally was going to go with the 6.0 Diesel but diesel here in Western Washington is hovering
around $2.55 gallon today, & of course, with about $4K difference in the motors..who cares about 5 more MPG....
So far I'm happy with the exception of a bad radio speaker right from day one...they will fix it but it's another trip to the dealer.
