Help with Belt system

Hello.. i have a 2000 ford ranger 3.0. the belt squeals a lot and last week i had a belt break. i put a new belt on and it continues to squeak.. the pullys all seem to be free moving when i spun them by hand. it is a very loud annoying squeal .. when you first start it it seems to be faint but the longer it runs it gets louder.. can anyone help me out?

With the engine off, clean the pulleys using a brush and some brake cleaner. Sometimes debris lands in the bottom of the vee's on the pulleys and the belt slips. It may be easier to clean if you take the belt off first. Also, look at the side of the pulleys and make sure they are all in the same plane. Finally, make sure the belt is correctly installed on each pulley and is not partially off the pulley.
