In this same forum there is a topic of (easy way to start using Biodiesel) with a write up by broken wire on the bottom of the page, there is some sites there where the people have already been there and done that of what you are asking, except for maybe the ecm or turbo thingy.The only engine that I am aware of right now that is causing any issues is the Ford with the 6.0 diesel, they are thinking the issue is actually in the making of the tank, but once you change off your filters a few times it clears up and they even run on Biodiesel.
