That one might be hard to find, buddy. One source for those engines is any 1973 Gran Torino in which the fifth digit in the VIN number is the letter 'Q', or so I remember. That motor is distinguished outwardly by GIGANTENORMOUS intake and exhaust ports - you can stick most of your hand into them. -At least, if it's the factory four barrel option. Can you tell I had one once?
As far as I know, they had them in station wagons and four doors as well as the two door Starsky-mobiles, so you might want to run a scrapyard search.
Finding an engine like that, that doesn't need some level of TLC is kind of a stretcher though - if there is one out there, it aint gonna be cheap...

Junkyard in Lebanon wanted $500 for one in a Bronco back when I was looking, made me decide to just overhaul ours. Those engines are usually found in poor condition, from abuse by the previous owners, even if you locate a running one, it'd be a good idea to replace the bearings and oil pump.

Maples01: What did they want for the whole truck?
There could be a lot of parts wanted off it, and the parting out might pay for the whole deal (if the block and heads are any good).
(my thoughts)

PS: I might be interested in the front suspension off of it, personally. I want it for my F100.

They won't sell the whole truck, I had a line on a Bronco with a 351 or 400 for $500, rattles indicating that it's needing the crank turned and bearings, like I did to ours. I fould a simple modification that boost oil volume to the mains, resolves the problems that those engines suffer from.
The 351/400M have the big block bellhousing, they are a modified Cleveland, a 351W will not set in there in it's place.
