rotor replacement

does anybody know how I can get instructions on how to replace the rotors on my 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I already have a Haynes manual but it doesn't tell me how to get the center piece out of the old rotor.

don't worry the new rotors will come wiht bearing races already so you won't need to get them out.

I believe the rotor comes off with out removing he hub. The usually rust up pretty good, I have an '02 limited and the fronts came off after I smacked them with a hammer.
