While the help of this forum is awesome, I agree with the previous guys. Take this back to your dealer and chew some butt. If they give you any grief, tell them you'll be talking to either/both Ford direct or your Attorney General's office. This is definetly a saftey issue they shouldn't be screwing around on. It's under warranty, there should be no hassles.
