I am looking to order a cat back exhaust system for my 6.0L truck soon. Motorhaven has some great prices, but I'm afraid shipping may add quite a bit to the bill. Anybody else interested in ordering something from Motorhaven that may too expensive to ship normally? I'm in no real hurry for the exhaust (just want it before the summer towing season) so will probably check into FedEx Ground shipping. If you are interested, please let me know and I'll contact Ken at MotorHaven to see if we could have all the orders shipped together in one shipment.

 

You might try giving Jim at Northern Diesel Performance a call. He recently started a little Diesel performance business to help us out on Alaska shipping. Give him a call at (907)360-3933 or check out NorthernDieselPerformance.com. I think he has single cat back for like $399 and a dual system that is a quite a bit more. He gets stuff shipped up a pallet at a time on the boat so it saves us a quite a bit.

 

Its 325.00 for a cat back and 399.00 for a turbo back. The last exhaust system I sent to Fairbanks cost 49.00 bucks to ship UPS ground to Fbx, unless you know someone driving up I could meet them in Anchorage or Eagle River. JIM

Did his modified injectors get back yet? I am going North Thursday night so I will be back Saturday morning. I hope he gives me a call when he gets ready to put them in. I might need to know how it is done one of these days. Speaking of chips I am still planning on sending mine to you I have just been too lazy to pull it out.

On the group shipping I think we can figure out a way to beat the $49.00 UPS price. I just happen to know some trucks that go back and forth everyday .

 

UPDATE, Doug received his injectors and Chip today (Wed)!!!! He said hes going to install them tonight. Look out Fairbanks, there's a new powerstroke in town .
