i got a tuner from PHP and the tunes are awesome. the truck runs good, the only complaint i have is on my exhaust tip is black soot, like it's running rich. is this normal for a custom tune? do i need a different tune? thanks for the help

I don't think that it should have any black soot on the tail pipe. I would be calling PHP if I were you.

 

I've got tunes from PHP as well, but no black soot. Definitely look into it.
