I Have a dent in the black plastic behind the drivers window on my scab and it will be $145 to fix it. Instead I thought about putting a small rubberized decal over it that attaches with 3M adhesive like the ones that people stick on the grille and tailgate that are carbon fiber. Maybe a 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch rectangular XLT silver letters on black background. Any of you guy's know who sells these or have a different idea.

 

You might want to email Ivan Chan to see what he can do/make for you. He's quite handy with such items and sells really nice emblem overlay decal sets (any design you can think of). Just tell him you were referred to him by the Ford truck forums. For your particular application, you may or may not want to go with his "3D omed" decals. I don't know if they'd be too puffy and/or stick out too much.
