Do the harley davidsons have an option for 4 wheel drive?
Superdutys do.
I don't know about F-150's.

The F150 was not available with 4X4, the F250 Super Duty was.

Both F-250 and F-350 are available with the Harley package and 4x4, for 2004 and 2005.
