I just bough a 71 f100 and it needs a new floorboard very bad. It's rusted along the rockerpannels, kickpannels, and where the floor meets the firewall. Can I buy a new one ready to weld in or do I need to make one from sheetmetal? Where could I buy a new floorboard if someone makes em?

 

Check Motorhaven for replacement parts. The floor pans are the same from 65-79 so you can cut out and patch where needed if you can't find replacements.

I bought mine from JC Whitney. They're weld-ins. My kick panels were also rusted so I had to weld in some steel in that corner. The floor boards didn't dome with it but it did go way up to the firewall.
