I just bought clear tail lights for my lightning. The light bulb harness for the clear reverse light is visible. The 3 prongs that hold the harness in place looks horrible. What should I do? I thought of painting it. The truck's white so I can't get the smoked taillights.
I bought them from street beat customs and are the lightning style for 97+

 

Or should I just keep my stock red tails. Does anybody think it clashes with clear projection headlights, clear corners and clear fogs? Thanks

 

My 2 cents worth.........Return them! What kind of policy or business is that place running from where you purchased them at? Clear aftermarket stuff like that looks to "foreign" or as if it came from a Japanese car/truck manufacturer.

 

Just paint the socket.
