anyone interested in the idea of starting a south carolina chapter?

Just an idea for you , try using the search , click there, then click advance, then just type in the state, that will bring up all users from your state . i would then Private message or e-mail active members to see if they want to start a chapter, also include a link to this thread and see if you can get enough active members togethers then request your own chapter. one thing to keep in mind is that you will need to get a leader elected ASAP.
