Don't know what you mean by a racing intake, but any one you use with that cam should be a dual plane. Weiand Stealth is a good one. The 850 cfm carb is too big for a 302. A carb between 500 and 670 cfm's will work fine, depending on what you want out of it. The 4.56 gears are pretty steep for a daily driver. 4.11 at the most with an overdrive transmission, or 3.50 or so without an overdrive will give you better mileage plus good performance. The 1.7 rockers will be just fine with that cam. It isn't a very high lift cam.

We need more info

Not only is an 850 demon too big for a 302, (or a 347 for that matter) a 650 double pumper is usually more than enough. I would not even waste the money to put a set of ported stock heads on a stroker motor. Even if you ported them yourself, by the time you bought good valves, springs, good valve job, etc. you would be better off with a set of aftermarket heads. If it is a matter of horsepower vs money, you would be better off with a 302 w/ good heads than a 347 with stock heads. As for the cam I would look for something with more lift, usually on a 302 you won't have any valve interference issues until you go over .500" lift. In my opinion the 1.7 rockers on a small cam is a more of a "band-aid" fix. As for the intake and gears that all depends on what you are putting the motor in, what trans. you are using, along with their intended use.
