best scratch remover on the market

I have a 2002 ford ranger, black, and was wondering what the best scratch remover on the market is. thanks for any info...

depends on what kind of scratches you ahve on the truck. is it more like swirl marks or light scratches or are they deep scratches. if it is more like swirl marks meguiers makes compunds that can take them out and also 3m makes some compounds. if they are really bad and a little deeper wet sanding and buffing might be the answer. it is going to take a buffer or polisher to fix the problem though.
