front end clunk

Hi y'all...got my Rev-Tek 2" levelling kit installed by Dealer the other day. now measures 39 1/4" from ground to wheel well, rear is 1 1/4" higher than front. Truck looks better even my woman says so. Seems like what it does is to shove the coil spring down causing the lower control arm to take on a sharper angle, since the installation I now have a pretty loud "clunk" from the front suspension when I go over a speed bump at ...say 20mph. Did not have it before the mod. Any ideas?.........I am wondering if my '04 S.cab 4by is blessed, so far as most of the concerns I read here I cant seem to find on "ol'blue" I think everyone should own and drive a 80's diesel then compare. Only problem with these trucks is they ride an drive too much like a car......snow's still falling here on Vancouver island ...love driving in it .....ciao

Its most common that bolt(s) came a bit loose...so bring it back and have them to re-tightened and be sure its correct torque for bolts.

I think I read in here a couple days ago people complaining about clunking noises after installing a leveling kit. Go to search and type in "leveling clunk" I belive that's what I went under and I found some people saying the same thing u are. I was really wanting to put a leveling kit on my truck but got scared off due to the problems everyone is talking about after getting it done. I just don't want my truck so sound like a peice of crap going down the road after the kit installed. Plus, I hate for the back end to drag down if u put any weight in the back end. I might just stick with the factory look right now, besides, theres a reason Ford made the trucks to stand that way. Goodluck with trying to get the clunk worked out though!
