Unhappy Gas in oil / Water in oil ?

I have a 93 Ford with 157,000 miles and am getting gas in oil as i indicated on my last post. I changed the injectors and it is still getting what i think is gas in the oil it has a brownish color to it and smells a little like gas.If i am still getting gas in the oil what else could be causing it? Now if it is water / antifreeze in the oil think it would have more of a grey color to it. The motor never did this until after i installed a new oil pan /pump on it.Could i have done something to cause a problem? This is all new oil i put int the motor and in about a week it is about a quart over full. Any ideas?

Does your truck have a mechanical fuel pump or an electric?

I am now almost positive it is water in the oil. What would be the most likely reason why?

If there is water in there the oil will take on a milky look. Possible reasons: blown head gasket-cracked block-cracked head-incorrectly tourqued head bolts. I have even heard of coolant getting past the threads of a bolt that screws into a water passage.

Hopefully its a head gasket...

if its just water and not antifreeze it could be from driving short trips doin alot of idiling not letting the motor warm up properly you need to send oil off for testing to see what it has in it
