Stock rear lift blocks F250 vs F350

Hello folks, relatively new to this forum. I have a 92 F350 4x4 and an 89 F250 4x4 parts truck. The rear of the F350 is very high, it has a lift block between the spring perches (axle) and springs thats about 6 inches or more. The F250 has a similar lift block thats only 3 or 4 inches. Is the F350 stock block that big or did someone swap it out once upon a time? The truck sits quite a bit higher in the rear than front. I know that some of it is spirngs, but would like to balance it out by swapping the blocks from the 250 into the F350. Any advice??

F350 stock rear axle lift blocks are about 2" taller than the F250 blocks. Should be about 4" for the 350 and about 2" for the 250. Sounds like either yours have both been swapped for taller ones or your eyeball tape measure is out of calibration .

I'd bet that someone had swapped the blocks. Have you measured the block accurately? Another problem with the quick lift block use is that the steering geometry is thrown off and you may have excessive tire wear. Do the U-bolts look stock? Just curious.
