I'm not saying I don't like the hood- I'm saying too many people like that hood (or it's the cheap/most available one, I don't know for sure). I love the stripe job and the color, the shape is the same concept as "everyone driving the same truck". It doesn't matter what color truck you have, it's still the same truck.

I understand what you're saying.....and it probably is the cheapest. I think I gave $350 for it. I think those GT500 hoods are $500+. Thanks for the comments. I wish I could have something custom like a shaker hood, but I'm not much on fabrication. I would like to see pictures of you hood.

I don't have a picture of it done, just glassed in and looking for pin holes.

EDIT:
Here it is almost done, it still needed a sanding after this, but it's the most recent I have.

It's the outer skin of a 94? mustang hood. it's a 1 3/4" cowl that stretches the width of the body line in the middle of the hood. It's done now, but still just in primer. Going to finish the rest of the body work once the weather improves, then start thinking about paint.

It's going to look real nice. I would've preferred one single cowl like your's, but LMC didn't have it. I would definitely give it more of a "Ford" look with the one cowl.

There is somebody on this forum that created a 'Shaker' hood on his Full Size 80-86 Bronco, I love the look og his Bronco. Awesome job:
