Well as the title says, Closed Chapter's.

This came about because the chapter did not have a chapter leader in all its month of being around.

Nothing would make me happier than to see them all OPEN,

That takes Constant activity

If a group of people from a closed chapter are looking for it to be re-opened again,all it takes is a special request to me ,so as to give you time to elect a leader.

There have been plenty of request by FTE administration to get this done by maybe because of Christmas & the following holiday's people lost track of what to do.

So here is your chance to get the chapter back open and functioning again.
