86 302 efi to 351w marine engine?

Hi, i have a 86 f250 with a 302 efi. My grandpa runs a boat yard, and he aquired a newly rebuilt 351w with high performance heads , intake , cam and pistons.

My concerns are:
going from efi to carb, would i need a new gas tank/ fuel system?
it has a "marine cam", would this be any good for a truck?
would my exhaust bolt up?
what would i do with the efi wireing harness? would the things like oil pressure and temp guages hook up right?

anything else i should concider?

A lot of the marine engines run reverse rotation. That's the reason for the "marine cam".

Going from EFI to Carb will require a fuel regulator to bring the fuel pressure down to 5 to 7 psi. Or you will have to remove the tank mounted fuel pump, get a tank pickup out of an earlier carb'd truck and use a mechanical engine mounted fuel pump.
