Outlawwv is starting off with a positive reputation.
i made it through fine -- just the usualtrickle on the back basement wall -- but i have saw some pretty amazing stuff along the ohio river -- we are trucking coal right now that usually goes by barge -- from charleston to bell vernon pa -- but the river is still too high to control the barges with the tug boats

A close friend is a tug pilot and 2 of the men that died on the E.M. were good friends on his. He said the water was too swift for navagation.

Some roads here in Mason Co. are still closed from water.
