I was just looking at the vin sticker on my truck and ran across the axle code, i tried looking it up in some books and on here, but i can't find it..can someone help?

 

i think its a ford 9 inch with a 3.25 ratio

Axle code 13 is a 3750# 4.11 Ford

 

Thanks guys. I was wondering why it had all this oomph from the little 6 banger. It also explains why it sounded like it was wound out on the interstate, 65mph sounded like the engine was about to grenade itself apart... and with no overdrive it made it worse.
