I like the looks with that 3" drop axle. How's the ride? Please post some pics of the inside and under the hood. Trans?

Nice Truck...

I noticed you have monoleafs...

I am always looking for feedback on their quality... Are you happy with them? Is the ride what you expected from them?

Best regards,

S.G.

OK, The trans is a 3 spd with column shift (oops I forgot to say - it's updated now)As soon as the rain here in CA stops, I'll get some engine shots. My seat is at the upholsterer, so they will be a while. ( New white vinyl )

The mono's seem to work. They started out to be very stiff. After a few thousand miles, the softened up. I hope they don't keep going that way. They did offer an easy way to get almost 5 in. of drop. Combined with the reversed eyes and 3 in. axle on the front I get an even 5 in. all over. And it still drives like a truck.

Next up, wheels and tires. Original rims and caps or WWW and chrome baby moons?

Thanks for the comments

What size front tires do you have?
What is the distance from the bottom of the front bumper to the ground?

The tires are 205/75 and 235/75 15's. The front bumper is about 7 inches off the ground. It just clears a standard height curb. I would like to get another inch lower in the front
